Your obligations holding a Labour Hire Licence

WorkSafe ACT may ask you for further information relevant to your application under section 25 of the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2020.

If you do not provide the requested information within the specified time frame, your application may be refused. If you are granted a licence, you will be notified by email and provided with a copy of your licence attached to the email.

You must also report a change in circumstance within 7 days of the change occurring. A change in circumstance includes:

  • a change to any answers provided on the suitable person test; or,
  • a change to your name, business name or contact details; or,
  • if you begin to provide accommodation; or,
  • supplying workers who hold visas.
