WorkSafe ACT has launch a new Business Portal, designed to make your interactions with us simpler and more efficient. Our secure online portal provides businesses with a one-stop location to:

• Track submitted forms and monitor their progress
• Access details of issued infringements, including descriptions, due dates, and payment options
• Easily view active, expiring, and expired permits and licenses

We've also streamlined several forms, making it easier than ever to engage with WorkSafe ACT.

Once we’ve reviewed your details, you'll receive an email with instructions to set up your password.

From there, you can log in to manage all your submissions, permits, licenses, and payments in one central location.
