Injured Workers Service Canberra

The Injured Workers Service Canberra provides free and confidential non-legal advice, assistance, and support to injured workers in the ACT. The Injured Workers Service is funded by Employers Mutual Limited (EML) and operated by the Trades and Labour Council of the ACT (UnionsACT).

The purpose of the Injured Workers Service is to provide independent, non-legal advice and support to injured workers to help them navigate the workers’ compensation claims process, indicate relevant trade unions and referral pathways for ongoing support and, where possible, help them return to meaningful work.
