WorkSafe ACT considered a request for an enforceable undertaking from D Group Pty Ltd under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011. The proposal meets WorkSafe ACT requirements in respect to enforceable undertakings and will deliver safety benefits to workers. WorkSafe ACT has therefore accepted the enforceable undertaking effective 22 March 2016.
