Quality Bakers Australia Pty Ltd
This enforceable undertaking is no longer in effect.
WorkSafe ACT accepted an enforceable undertaking from Quality Bakers Australia Pty Ltd under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 on 17 June 2015.
As at 18 July 2016, WorkSafe ACT was satisfied that the agreed strategies and commitments made in that undertaking were complete and the obligations of the undertaking are discharged.
