Notification of lead risk work

If you have workers that do lead process work, you must use the appropriate form to notify WorkSafe ACT.

1. A notification is required to be submitted by the PCBU within 7 days of making the determination that the work to be undertaken is lead risk work. A notification is also required within 7 days if the PCBU is unsure if the work is lead risk work.
2. A notification is required to be submitted by an emergency service organisation as soon as practicable if a rescue or first aid carried out by an emergency service officer is determined to be lead risk work.
3. All lead removal work within education and childcare settings.
