WorkSafe ACT online services disruption

Please be advised that a number of WorkSafe ACT’s online services will be unavailable from 12:00am to 8:00 am on Saturday 07 March 2026 due to planned maintenance and system upgrades. This work is necessary to enhance performance and ensure continued reliability.

Notifiable incidents/complaints

All notifiable incidents, concerns or complaints should be made via email (worksafe@worksafe.act.gov.au) or telephone 13 22 81 (business hours) or 0419 120 028 (after hours).

Business portal 

The WorkSafe ACT business portal will be unavailable during the update period. 
This includes new account creation. Should you require any assistance please contact us at worksafe@worksafe.act.gov.au.

Notifications, licences and permits

All forms accessed via the business portal will be available unavailable during this period. Should you require any assistance please contact us at worksafe@worksafe.act.gov.au.

Labour hire register

Due to scheduled system updates, the labour hire register will be unavailable during this period. Should you require any assistance, please email the labour hire licensing team at labourhirelicensing@worksafe.act.gov.au.
