On 12 May 2017 a licenced dogman sustained an injury when a large screen fell and pinned him on the ground.

The incident may have occurred as a result of insufficient site management controls, inappropriate lifting mechanism, inadequate engineering and planning for the lift.

It was alleged by Access Canberra that Milin Builders Pty Ltd has a safety duty under section 19 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 to ensure the health and safety of workers but failed to comply with that duty, thereby exposing a worker to a serious injury.

The regulator considered a proposal for a work health and safety undertaking from Milin Builders Pty Ltd. The proposal met WorkSafe ACT's requirements as outlined in its enforceable undertaking publications. The proposal will deliver safety benefits to workers, to industry, and to the community.

The regulator accepted the undertaking on 21 December 2017.
